Lazy version of spicy shrimp
Overview
This is my first time to make spicy shrimp, but it is also a common dish when eating out. Considering that it is not hygienic to eat out all the time, and you can eat gutter oil, it is better to make it by yourself. It is also a pleasure, at least the family can eat together.

Prepare materials

Wash the shrimps, remove the beards, cut the backs, and remove the intestines

Shred the kelp, cut the cucumber into small long pieces, and cut the celery into sections,

Chopped onion, red pepper, garlic

Heat up a pan, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, and fry the shrimps for 1 to 2 minutes when the oil is 70% hot

Fried shrimp, set aside

Leave an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, pour in bean paste, spicy sauce, garlic, red pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, bay leaves, and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant

Pour in the shrimp and stir-fry. The shrimp is already cooked. Just stir-fry evenly. Pour in a little water to make the shrimp taste better
