Tomato and egg braised noodles are very home-style, simple but delicious. Authentic northerners love eating pasta more than anything else❤️❤️❤️ When I was a child, my grandma was a master at making hand-rolled noodles. A piece of dough was rolled out by her old lady's hands. The noodles were evenly thin and thick, and the noodles were chewy. Add two tablespoons of tomato and egg braised noodles. If you like, add a little garlic vinegar. A big bowl of noodles slurps down, which is called a comfort. Now that I think about it, I still have more to say🥰🥰 It’s so delicious

Wash the tomatoes, score them with a cross-cut knife, and crack two eggs into a bowl.

Boil tomatoes in boiling water for 20 seconds and peel.
