Overview
There are many new vegetables on the market recently, and green garlic is one of them. The most commonly made and favorite thing to eat at home is to use it as a side dish when making noodles. It has a slightly spicy taste and is refreshing, and you will never get tired of eating it. The green garlic has been cut into sections.
