When I saw the name of this cake for the first time, I really wanted to make it. I didn't expect it to be a success as soon as I made it. It felt very fulfilling and it was very simple to make. Dessert lovers will love this.

First separate the egg whites and yolks.

Put the egg whites into a water-free and oil-free egg-beating bowl.

Add salt, white vinegar and one-third of the sugar to a mixing bowl.

Beat the egg whites until fish eyes are foamy, then add one-third of the white sugar, and then add another third of the white sugar. Beat the egg whites until they become wet peaks.

Sift the cake flour and cornstarch into the egg whites.

Mix egg whites and powder evenly. Never stir. I use the rice cooker plate.
