Pork skin jelly

Pork skin jelly

Overview

The fat content of pig skin is only 1/2 of pork, the protein content is 2.5 times that of pork, and more than 90% is macromolecular collagen and elastin. Collagen has a special nutritional effect on the skin and can promote skin cells to absorb and store water. Elastin increases the elasticity and toughness of the skin, promotes strong blood circulation, provides sufficient nutrition, and softens wrinkles. Since the collagen contained in pig skin can slow down the aging of body cells, regular consumption of pig skin or pig trotters can delay aging and fight cancer.
