  1. Wash the Shanghai green (I wanted to cut it into four, but there was mud so I picked it)

  2. Wash and slice the fresh mushrooms, mince the garlic and set aside.

  3. After the pot is hot, add an appropriate amount of oil and fry the fresh mushrooms to dry them out.

  4. After sauteing, add appropriate amount of salt, remove and set aside.

  5. Sauté the garlic in the pot, then add the Shanghai greens and stir-fry.

  6. Add appropriate amount of salt after frying.

  7. Add the sauteed mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

  8. Pour oyster sauce and cornstarch into boiling water in a bowl.

  9. Pour cornstarch water into thicken.

  10. Collect the juice from the gravy.

  11. The finished product, vegetables and mushrooms are fragrant and delicious.
