Wash pork tenderloin

Remove fascia

Prepare all materials

Then use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin and even piece, transfer it to the baking tray, and remove the plastic wrap

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
