Ingredients
Steps
-
Boil the crispy bones, drain and set aside
-
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it up, add ginger, star anise, and kaempferol and fry until fragrant
-
Pour in the drained crispy bones and stir-fry
-
After frying until fragrant, take out the crispy bones, reduce the heat to low, add an appropriate amount of sugar (white sugar for sweetness, rock sugar for brightening, red color for color, you can add a little of both, or just one type, I only added rock sugar today) and fry until foaming, then pour in the crispy bones and stir-fry the sugar color.
-
After frying the sugar color, add a little dark soy sauce, stir well and then pour in water. Use more water to cover the ingredients, because the brittle bones cannot be chewed until they are cooked. If it is ribs, the water can be slightly less.
-
Turn to medium heat, cover and simmer until the crispy bones are cooked, open the cover, reduce the juice over high heat, add an appropriate amount of mature vinegar, and stir-fry evenly! Remove from the pot and serve on a plate, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and serve.
