Steps
-
Choose a slightly sweet pumpkin, cut into thick slices with the skin on, and place on a plate.
-
Cut the ribs into small pieces and rinse them with water several times to wash away as much blood as possible. Marinate with some light soy sauce, salt, sugar and cornstarch for more than 20 minutes
-
At this step, if you are lazy, you can omit the frying with oil and use minced garlic and tempeh. I fried the dried tempeh and minced garlic in oil. The tempeh should be slightly washed and cut slightly, so that the flavor will be better.
-
Add tempeh and minced garlic and marinate for 10 minutes
-
Place the marinated ribs on the pumpkin just in time. I had some wolfberry and added some wolfberries and 2 slices of ginger
-
Steam over high heat for about 13 minutes, sprinkle some garlic sprouts and serve
