Almost every year Valentine's Day is celebrated as a family and this year is no exception. My parents went to Shanghai to celebrate the New Year with us this year, so we had to practice making some cakes and bread for them to eat.   1. Separate the egg yolks, put the egg whites into a clean basin and beat with an electric egg beater until large bubbles, then add 20 grams of fine sugar and continue beating.   10. Mix evenly and pour 2/3 of the cake batter into the mold. Add chocolate powder to remaining cake batter and mix evenly. Pour the chocolate batter onto the surface of the cake batter.

  11. Then use a spatula to lightly score a few cuts to the bottom, then smooth the surface and shake it a few times. Put it in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes at 160 degrees.
