Overview

Focaccia is an olive oil dough in Italian bread. It is a very popular bread that is simple to make and has a slightly salty taste. You can add the spices on the surface according to your preference. You can use rosemary, black olives, garlic, and pepper. You can mix it with whatever you like when eating. It can be paired with meat or various vegetable salads.

  1. Put all the flour, water, salt, sugar, yeast, and olive oil into the bread machine barrel;

  9. After 40 minutes, the dough has fermented in place. Use a brush to brush olive oil on the surface of the dough. Brush more and it will be delicious when baked. The olive oil will flow into the hole you just inserted with your finger. It doesn’t matter. It will be absorbed by the dough during baking;

  11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle rack, for 20-30 minutes; it depends on the temperament of your own oven;
