Bought dumpling wrappers and green onions

Chop green onions, add salt and oil and stir well

Take a piece of dumpling wrapper and sprinkle chopped green onion into the middle. It is best not to sprinkle on the edge

Take another piece of dumpling wrapper to cover it and press the edge tightly with your hands

Sprinkle a thin layer of chopped green onion on top

Cover with another dumpling wrapper. I used three dumpling wrappers in total. If you want the scallion pancake to have more layers, you can add another layer of chopped green onion and one dumpling wrapper. Finally, after pressing it flat with your hands, use a rolling pin to roll it into thin slices
