Choose fresh tenderloin.

Cut the tenderloin into thin slices, add cooking wine and water starch, mix well, and cut the ginger into shreds.

Wash and chop walnuts.

Add good rice wine (for fear of the wine being too strong, I added 1/3 of the warm boiled water).

Put it into a pressure cooker and simmer over water. Cover the steaming bowl with a basin and put it on steam for 15 minutes.

Add appropriate amount of brown sugar according to taste.
