Cut the pork belly into thin slices and set aside ginger slices.

Wash the beans, wash, peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces.

Add sugar to cold oil, add pork belly and ginger slices and stir-fry after sugaring.

Add the beans and potatoes and stir-fry until the beans turn green completely. Pour in water to cover the dishes. Add salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, thirteen spices, and fermented bean curd juice and simmer over high heat.

After the water boils, add the minced garlic and coriander foam, stir-fry evenly and it's done.
