Braised chicken nuggets with kelp
Overview
Kelp is a large marine brown algae plant that grows in low-temperature seawater. It is a seaweed plant and can be used in cooking methods such as mixing, roasting, stewing, and stewing. I got a little rooster from home, so I made braised chicken nuggets with kelp. I usually pair it with pork and ribs, but it turns out it’s also delicious with chicken nuggets. The kelp used is salted kelp heads, which are crispy. You can use a little more kelp, if you like it, you can add more.
