Soak fresh beef in water for half an hour, then cut into small pieces

Add water to the pot, add beef, blanch the water, remove and drain

Cut a green onion into sections, smash the ginger, and cut the red pepper into small pieces and set aside

Pour oil into the pan, heat it up, add ginger, onion and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in the beef and continue to stir-fry

Pour the fried beef into the pressure cooker, add water until it slightly covers the beef, and simmer over medium heat for half an hour

After half an hour, open the pressure cooker, add the chopped radish, and continue to simmer for 5 minutes

Remove from the pot and sprinkle with coriander after serving
