Overview
I went to the supermarket to buy things in the morning and found that this kind of organic green vegetables has a color and texture a bit like Wutai. It is very delicious. I like to eat empty gluten. It is delicious when paired with various vegetables (greens, Wutai, baby cabbage, and cabbage)~~

Have all ingredients ready.

Wash the green vegetables, drain and set aside. This organic green vegetable is not large and can be fried whole.

Wash and slice the mushrooms.

Flatten the empty gluten buns with a knife.

Once the wok is heated, add a tablespoon of oil.

After the oil is hot, add the green vegetables and mushrooms into the pot and stir-fry.

When the green vegetables begin to change color and become soft, add a small amount of water to prevent the pot from drying out.

Then add sugar and salt in turn and continue to stir-fry.

Add the gluten buns and flatten them with a spatula to absorb the oil, moisture and salt.

After the oily gluten becomes soft, turn off the heat and remove from the pan.
