Jujube puree walnut candy

Jujube puree walnut candy

Overview

A flash of inspiration occurred while making jujube paste. I remembered seeing dates and walnut candies somewhere, so I quickly searched for them and found them. I haven’t tried making fudge yet. There happened to be some walnut kernels left, so I started cooking them immediately. It was my first time to make fudge, and I was always worried that I would overdo it, and I was a little confused. It turns out that making sugar is not that urgent, and the temperature change is not completed in a few seconds. But I was too nervous and panicked. In fact, sugar can be cooked a little longer.
