Yogurt fruit crepe
Overview
It was originally meant for making crepes, but after I got a few extra ones, it suddenly occurred to me that it would be a good idea to have some fruit yogurt. After doing this for a while, my daughter unexpectedly loved to eat it, and my husband also ate two of them! It’s a good choice for breakfast or afternoon tea!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare materials. (I didn’t take pictures of yogurt and fruit, please follow your personal taste)
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat well
-
Pour in half the milk and beat well
-
Pour in the flour and beat until there are no lumps in the flour. (It is best to sift the flour while beating it evenly, so that the flour will not easily form particles)
-
Heat butter over water until melted
-
Pour into the batter and beat well, then pour in the remaining half of the milk and beat well.
-
Place a small pat of butter in a pan and heat until melted, shaking the entire pan to spread the butter evenly throughout the pan. (If you don’t like heavy fat, you can omit this step because butter is added to the batter and will not stick to the pan)
-
Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and fry until the surface solidifies
-
Gently scoop up the crust from the edges, flip over and cook for a while.
-
Spread out the pie crust and pour a little yogurt
-
Dice the fruit and sprinkle some
-
Spread another layer of yogurt
-
Just roll up both sides
