  1. Cut the fat tofu into 1.5*1.5 pieces, add a tablespoon of butter, shred a piece of ginger, and appropriate amount of chive leaves. (I don’t have any chives at home, so use scallion leaves instead😜😜)

  2. Put a little oil in the wok to moisten it, add shredded ginger and half of the chopped green onion.

  3. Pour a tablespoon of butter into the pan and stir-fry.

  4. Add 180g water.

  5. After the pot is boiled, use a knife to close to the chopping board to collect the fat tofu and put it into the pot. Add an appropriate amount of salt and simmer over low heat for 8 minutes.

  6. Add appropriate amount of water starch when serving.
