King oyster mushroom and shrimp sauce
Overview
Seeing that there was some homemade soybean paste in the bottle, I wanted to make some sauce. I put some shrimps and dried shrimp skins to make a shrimp-flavored sauce. The aroma of king oyster mushrooms and the umami flavor of shrimps are combined together. The sauce is delicious when mixed with noodles or dipped in steamed buns. My son loves this sauce the most, and every time he makes it, he can't get enough of it.
