  1. Cut the radish into evenly sized pieces that are easy to eat. Put the cut radish into a bowl, sprinkle with a little salt, and marinate for twenty minutes to remove the astringency of the radish!   2. Wash the pickled radish cubes with cold water at least twice. When the water is almost dry for the second time, add the meat slices and stir-fry for a minute, then add the oyster sauce, cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes, then reduce the juice over high heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion!
