Wash and tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces and marinate with a spoonful of salt to add flavor.

Put an egg in the flour, and pour the beer while stirring the flour. The beer should be poured in batches

Stir until the batter is smooth when you lift the whisk.

Heat the oil in a pan, roll the mushrooms in the batter and put them in the pan.

The batter will be fried golden brown and hard enough to be removed from the pan. If the salt is not enough, you can eat it with salt and pepper.
