Homemade baby sausage
Overview
If you are also worried that the sausages sold outside contain a lot of additives and are even less nutritious, then come and start making them with me. Babies with a certain chewing ability can handle this sausage. Make more and freeze it. Next time you want to eat it, put the sausage in the pot and add some water to boil it. It is convenient and healthy. The cooked product will be juicy and tender. Of course, you can also fry it. Today's sausage does not have any powder added, but iron rod yam is added to act as powder and make the sausage easier to digest.

Ingredients
Steps
-
When peeling iron rod yams, you must wear disposable gloves, even if it is covered with a plastic bag. Steam the yam for 15 minutes.
-
It takes a while to tear off the fascia of the tenderloin. The fascia is not nutritious and cannot be chewed. It is recommended to buy meat that is 20% fat and 80% lean, which will taste better.
-
Dice the meat.
-
Pour the meat, steamed yam, egg white, and water into a food processor and beat into pork and yam puree. After beating, put it in a bowl. For babies over one year old, you can add some seasoning.
-
Cut the tin foil into sections, each section is about 15cm wide.
-
Put the piping bag in the cup and put the meat paste into the piping bag.
-
Cut an opening with scissors and squeeze it onto the tin foil.
-
Roll it up. The meat will still be loose when rolled up. Tighten both ends and the meat will become compact immediately. 🌻Tip: If you don’t have a piping bag and tin foil, put the meat filling directly into a bowl or a heat-resistant container and steam it. After steaming, cut it into strips, similar to luncheon meat.
-
Pour cold water into the pot, put the "candies" one by one in the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and steam for 20 minutes.
-
After steaming, the tin foil will be very hot, so wait for a while before loosening it.
