Eyebrow beans and multi-grain biscuits

The whole grains that everyone disliked are here again, with the aroma of green onions, but I will take the blame if they are not crispy.

The amounts of main ingredients are the same. Cook the eyebrow beans in a rice cooker and press into puree.

Add eggs, scallion oil, salt, five-spice powder and stir.

Hug the grains tightly into a ball and grease the chopping board to prevent them from sticking.

Grease a rolling pin and roll into 2 mm slices, then cut into cubes. Use a shovel to scoop it up or it will rot for you to see.

Grease a baking sheet, preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. After baking, let it simmer for at least 10 minutes to cool it down so it doesn't become limp.
