Black pepper grilled pork belly
Overview
The black pepper roasted pork belly is delicious when it is hot. My eating habits are always very stubborn and it is so difficult to change. I always braise the pork belly and eat it. Today I finally changed the way I eat it. Haha, I eat it grilled. In order to suit my daughter's taste, I added black pepper and did not use a lot of chili powder. This dish, eaten while hot, is really fragrant. Served with lettuce leaves or pancakes, it is also an old and beautiful way to eat. I think pork belly will be eaten more and more in my family! The tools needed for barbecue can be an oven, an air fryer, or an outdoor barbecue stove, it's very optional. Ingredients: pork belly, chives, coriander, lettuce Seasoning: salt, black pepper, cooking oil Method:
