  2. Wash the astragalus and put it in a pot with 2500 ml of water and cook for about ten minutes. You can decide how much water you want. Then remove the residue and leave the soup. If you find it troublesome, you can also cook it directly with the silky chicken (the amount of astragalus cooked together should be reduced by half)

  3. Put cold water in the pot, add ginger slices and a little cooking wine, add the black bone chicken and blanch it for about 2 minutes

  4. Control the water in the silky chicken, remove the ginger slices, and wash it twice with water

Put the prepared ingredients into the pressure cooker together, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, the amount of sugar is determined according to personal taste, add a little cooking wine, and pour in the astragalus soup. If you feel that the soup is too little, you can also add boiling water

  6. Burn the pressure cooker over high heat. After there is a sound, the heat will continue to cook for about 7 minutes. You can also cook over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes. The finished product will be out of the pot
