Ingredients: gluten, wild rice.

Tear apart the gluten and soak it in boiling water.

Wash the leeks and cut into sections and set aside.

Peel and clean the wild rice and cut into thicker shreds, set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the soaked gluten, add some soy sauce and a little water and stir-fry.
