Stir-fried fried dough sticks with vegetables
Overview
There was one fried dough stick left from the morning meal, and I happened to have fresh rapeseed at home. The two were combined to stir-fry a new dish, which also reduced the high calorie content of the fried dough stick.

Wash the vegetables and the fried dough sticks are the leftovers from the morning

Fried dough sticks cut into sections

Cut green vegetables into sections

Heat oil in a pan, add vegetables and stir-fry over high heat

Add the fried dough sticks and stir fry together, add a little sugar to enhance the freshness

Add salt and cooking wine to taste and serve
