Spicy razor clams
Overview
I usually have a simple meal plan, but today I was free to make something a little more complicated. It is also a way to hone myself. When I am in a good mood, I like to mess around in the kitchen.

Soak in water, add vinegar, wait about two hours, and spit out the sand.

Boil the water, add the razor clams and ginger, and scoop them out.

Heat the oil for five minutes and add the chilies.

Add onions, garlic, bean paste and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add razor clams and stir-fry, then pour cooking wine and seafood soy sauce along the edge of the pot, add salt and stir-fry, add some water and boil.
