Peel the banana and break it into several pieces

Separate the egg yolk and egg white, and put the egg yolk into a small bowl with banana

Use a whisk to beat the egg whites into stiff peaks. Use a spoon to grind the banana yolks into a puree. Add two spoons of water and two spoons of flour and stir evenly

This is the stirred egg yolk liquid (it’s best to stir until there are no lumps)

Add half of the egg whites into the egg yolk liquid and beat evenly in a crosswise motion (do not over mix to prevent defoaming)

Pour the egg yolk liquid into the remaining egg white bowl and make a cross cross

Heat a pan without water or oil. After the pan is hot, pour an appropriate amount of batter into the grinder and heat over low heat

When the bottom surface is solidified and the surface liquid is basically solidified, turn it over

Turn over and heat for about one minute
