Lemon Snapper Steak
Overview
For this fish steak, I chose snapper fillet. I bought frozen sea bream fillets. The meat of the sea bream is firm and the fillets have no thorns. They are very suitable for the elderly and children. I only used lemon to remove the fishy smell, and only added a little salt for seasoning. This can maintain the umami taste of the fish itself. It is also ok for babies who cannot eat strong flavors. After I made it, my whole family, including the old and the young, all ate deliciously.

Steps
-
Frozen sea bream fillets weigh 330 grams each. Take them out and defrost them in advance
-
Use kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture of the thawed fish fillets, cut into pieces, add lemon juice and a little salt to taste, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes. Because I want to feed my baby, I only use a small amount of salt. You can add the appropriate amount according to your own taste.
-
When I cut it into two slices, it felt too big, so I cut into 4 slices so that it would be easier to fry
-
Dip the marinated fish fillets in dry starch, and evenly coat the surface with dry starch
-
Drag it into the egg liquid
-
Dip the bread crumbs into the bread crumbs
-
After everything is done, let it sit for a few minutes so that the bread crumbs are firmly attached
-
After the frying pan is heated, add an appropriate amount of olive oil, add the fish fillets and fry over medium-low heat
-
Fry one side for 2-3 minutes until the surface is golden. Turn over and fry for about 2 minutes until the surface is golden
-
The fish pieces are relatively thick, so stand them up and fry the sides a little before serving
-
Plate and serve and enjoy
