Stir-fried Beef Hor Fun
Overview
Dry-fried beef pho is actually not difficult to make. Prepare a non-stick pan, fry the beef slices first, and then stir-fry the pho. It is more convenient than fried noodles. It also tastes better than fried noodles and is very enjoyable to eat.

In the remaining oil in the pot, add bean sprouts and stir-fry over high heat until soft.

Put the rice noodles into the pot. My rice noodles are fresh and stick together, so rinse them with water before putting them in the pot to let them spread out one by one.
-
Stir-fry the rice noodles until soft. Don't use a shovel to stir-fry here. You can use chopsticks to stir-fry the rice noodles so that the rice noodles will not break.
