Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except butter, sugar, salt, eggs, milk powder, high-gluten flour, yeast powder, and milk in the mixing bowl.
-
Start kneading the dough with the mixer at setting 3. When the dough is smooth, add the softened butter and continue kneading the dough.
-
Knead the dough until it is complete, pull out the film and poke a hole to see if the edge of the cracked hole is smooth.
-
Put the kneaded dough into a basin and let it ferment basically. The fermentation temperature is about 35 degrees.
-
Ferment for about 1 hour until 2-2.5 times in size.
-
Squeeze the air out of the fermented dough, round the dough and let it rise at room temperature for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of proofing, use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangle about the same width as the toast mold. Spray a little water on it and sprinkle cinnamon powder evenly.
-
Then roll it up, place the rolled dough with the seam side down, and place it at the bottom of the toast box.
-
Place the toast box at a temperature of 38 degrees for final fermentation. When the dough is fermented until the toast box is 9 minutes full, place it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
