Overview

A way of eating in my hometown, it is the same as the watermelon and cowpea in China on the tip of the tongue. I prefer eating spicy beans, but this is my first time making them. Late summer and early autumn are the most suitable seasons

  1. Wash and dry the fresh peppers you bought

  2. Boil the soybeans, remove the moisture, cool slightly, mix evenly with flour, and place in a cool, dry place to cover the mold. Cover it for three days and green mold will appear. All raw materials

  4. Put all the ingredients in the prepared jar and mix well. Seal and place in a sunny place for 20-30 days before use. Dip it directly into the pancake, or stir-fry it with your favorite side dishes
