All the ingredients prepared are determined according to the portion of the family. The ones prepared here are all female crabs with a lot of crab roe

Add the oil, garlic and ginger to the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, add the crabs and stir-fry. After the crabs change color, pour some vinegar in and continue to stir-fry

After stir-frying, pour in water, no more than the crabs, then cover and simmer

When there is about half a bowl of water left in the pot, add one-third of a spoon (small spoon) of salt, garlic sauce, soy sauce, and a large spoon of oil, stir-fry the crabs again, cover evenly, and wait for the water to collect
