  1. First wash and slice the pork belly, wash and drain the cauliflower

  2. Heat a wok, add oil, stir-fry pork belly and ginger slices over medium-low heat

  3. When the pork belly turns brown, add dried chili peppers and green onions to the pot and stir-fry

  4. Add the drained cauliflower, turn it a few times to coat the cauliflower with oil, add salt and continue to stir-fry over medium-low heat (the drier the flowers, the better)

  5. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes. If the cauliflower has bananas, you can add red pepper to garnish

  6. Serve it on the plate and eat it. A plate of chewy hot pot cauliflower is ready
