Pour all the ingredients in the main dough except butter into the bread machine and start the kneading process.

After about 10 minutes, add butter and continue kneading process.

Place in a basin and ferment at room temperature.

Divide into six equal parts and let rest for 5 minutes.

Take a piece and roll it into thin slices like beef tongue.

Roll up both ends toward the center.

Turn it over and place it on the baking sheet with the smooth side facing up.

Use a sharp knife to cut out the patterns and ferment them a second time.

After the second rise, sift a thin layer of high flour.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes in advance, put the baking sheet into the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes. Take it out.
