Curry tofu stewed with yam

I love curry so much, especially the soup that is simmered to a thick consistency. Take a spoonful of it and mix it with rice. It’s so delicious.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Sauté onion and garlic, add appropriate amount of water.

Put light soy sauce, curry cubes, and tofu.

Put the previously fried yam pieces.

Simmer over low heat until the yam is soft and the tofu is fragrant. Add the chopped green onion and turn off the heat.
