Overview
Among the snacks in Shanghai, scallion pancakes are one of the best. Each home-made scallion pancake has its own way of making it. My recipe for scallion pancakes is improved and developed by myself. Its taste is not inferior to the most famous Ah Da scallion pancakes in Shanghai. The food is full of the aroma of green onions, and the layers of crispy dough are connected. It is the best companion for breakfast soy milk and rice porridge.
