Evaporated milk white steamed buns
Overview
After making the cake, there was leftover whipping cream. I kneaded it into the steamed buns. It was very soft and had a light milky aroma.

Pour water into the pot, then put the steamed bun base to proof for 20 minutes. After proofing, turn on high heat and steam for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes without opening the lid.
