Vegetarian stir-fried cauliflower, with soy sauce and oyster sauce, just season with some minced garlic. Children love it.

Break the cauliflower into small florets, blanch it in boiling water for 1 minute, take it out immediately and put it into cold water and let it cool down

Heat oil in a wok, fry the minced ginger until fragrant, then add pepper and fry until fragrant.

Pour in the drained cauliflower and add a spoonful of soy sauce. Stir fry over high heat.

Add a spoonful of oyster sauce and salt.

After stir-frying for about 5 minutes, add water starch to thicken.

Finally, add the minced garlic and stir-fry evenly.
