Wash the broccoli and cut into small pieces.

Prepare chopped egg yolk, ham, and preserved eggs cut into small pieces.

Boil water in a pot. When the water boils, add a spoonful of oil and a spoonful of salt. Add the broccoli and blanch for one minute. Remove and cool.

Heat oil in another pan, add garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the crushed egg yolk, add two drops of white wine to remove the fishy smell, and stir-fry the egg yolk until foamy.

Pour in the ham and preserved eggs and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water and bring to a boil (you can also add stock, I added a piece of soup stock).

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour in the broccoli and cook until fragrant.
