Steam rice + oats with water in a rice cooker.

Add edamame to cold water and cook, peel and set aside.

Place the cooked meat and edamame on a plate.

Heat the oil in the pan and add the chopped green onions.

Add diced green chilies and stir-fry.

Add the meat and stir-fry evenly.

Add a spoonful of chili sauce and stir-fry.

Fry them well.

Stew for five cents, stir well and serve on a plate (picture of the finished product).
