Lotus seed red bean paste
Overview
On a late autumn afternoon, there is nothing better than a bowl of sweet and fragrant red bean paste. The delicate texture, soft and glutinous lotus seeds, and the addition of a piece of fine tangerine peel make it even more fragrant and delicious. It is very easy and simple to make a bowl of good Hong Kong-style lotus seed red bean paste using a Midea AH pot for stewing.
