I’ve been away for two days and only flour is left at home, so I quickly make steamed buns and save them for breakfast tomorrow morning. My children like to eat them with condensed milk, and my husband likes to eat them with pickled mustard.

  1. Kneaded dough.

  4. Roll each portion into a ball shape, place on oil paper, and press into a cake shape with your hands.

  7. Just pinch the two corners as shown in the picture.

  9. When the embryo is raw, place it in cold water.

  10. Boil water and steam for 15 minutes, then turn off heat and simmer for 5 minutes and uncover.
