Wash the peppers.

Cut the chilies into rings and slice the garlic.

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot and add 2 tablespoons of salt.

Once the oil is hot, add the chilli and garlic slices. Stir-fry for a while and then add 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of white sugar and half a spoon of pepper powder. Stir fry.
