Pan-fried chicken wings
Overview
In the past, chicken wings were eaten grilled or braised. Today, we have a different taste. We eat them fried, which gives it a bit of a barbecue flavor

Wash the chicken wings and drain the water

Use the back of a knife to pat the chicken wings loosely so that they can absorb the flavor

Add onions, ginger, cooking wine, and salt and marinate for 1 hour or more

Marinate the marinated chicken wings in a pot

Steam until you can pierce it with chopsticks

Place the steamed chicken wings into the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides

Brush with barbecue sauce

Sprinkle cumin seeds and chili powder before serving

Sprinkle with green onions
