Appropriate amount of fried tofu skin.

Wash the lettuce.

Cut into three finger segments.

Ginger, garlic, red pepper.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry ginger, garlic, peppercorns (Sichuan peppercorns are also acceptable), and dry red pepper until fragrant.

Add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste, stir-fry the red oil, and pour in a bowl of half-boiled water (fried bean skin absorbs a lot of water). Season with appropriate amount of salt, oyster sauce and light soy sauce.
