Shredded Sweet Potato

Overview

On a rainy day, I can do silk drawing at home without going out, and eat while watching dramas. It’s satisfying😄

Peel the sweet potato and cut into pieces
Pour in the oil and heat it up, add the sweet potatoes and fry over medium heat until golden brown
Pour out excess oil from the pan, add sugar and stir-fry over low heat until completely melted
After the sugar is completely melted, add the fried sweet potatoes, stir-fry, coat with sugar and serve
